UniPhi's new cash flow phasing algorithm wins two awards

Working with cost consultants in the construction industry, UniPhi released the new benchmark cash flow phasing algorithm as part of its UniPhi 12 release in July 2016. This product fills a void in the industry that has not seen a off the shelf cash flow model since the CSIRO released Fincash for Windows in the 1990s. The algorithm trains itself using the earned value profile of past completed projects of similar characteristics.
